The Expert
Holly Jenkins is an international speaker, award-winning author, documentary filmmaker and certified professional coach who brings more than 20 years of experience into every coaching session and workshop she leads. She has lectured and delivered hundreds of local and national workshops for corporations, social service agencies, faith-based organizations, elementary and high schools, universities, civic groups, probation departments, juvenile detention centers and prisons around the country.
For fifteen years, Holly served the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky community as Executive Director for the non-profit organization Youth Opportunities United, which mentored and coached at-risk youth and the volunteers who worked with them.
Holly’s passion for public service began with the publishing of her own story of childhood sexual abuse, “Daddy Don’t – A Story of Incest”, which helped generate national awareness to the issue. Followed by “Childhood Sexual Abuse 101 – Not An Elective”, Ms. Jenkins received national acclaim for working directly with victims, resulting in her becoming the producer/director of the film on the subject, “The Prisoner Inside”, which was filmed inside the Ohio Reformatory for Women (where eighty-five percent of the incarcerated women are victims of childhood sexual trauma). As a result, she came to serve as the International President of VOICES IN ACTION, Inc., a resource clearinghouse for adult survivors of incest, rape and other sexual trauma. Ms. Jenkins has appeared as a subject matter expert on numerous national television and radio programs.
She leads self-development and life improvement workshops; training individuals, teachers, parents, churches, social workers and corporate clients. Holly is excited to bring her wealth of experience and training to your company or organization.
